Cashback literally means “Money Back”. If you purchase a product or service through EasyCashbacks.com, we will receive a refund (Cashback) from the store. We at EasyCashbacks.com give you the best cashback.
Some stores do not allow us to give you cashback on your online purchase(s). Instead of cashback your earn reward points. These rewards points can be paid out in Euros on our site in your personal account. Any stores carrying Rewards instead of Cashback will explicitly mention them on the respective store pages. The majority of stores do not carry rewards.
When you shop at retailers through our website, retailers pay us a commission. We pass most of this amount on to you as Cashback. This commission fee comes from the retailers’ advertising and customer acquisition budgets.

The commission that retailers offer varies a great deal from retailer to retailer and that is why you will see anywhere from 0.25% to 30.00% commission available to earn when you shop with us.
Follow simple steps as below to earn extra cashback:

1.Login to our website & select your choice of webstore
2.Click & visit store to redeem the cashback / rewards
3.Place order for the item/service as usually
4.Your cashback will be tracked and updated in your dashboard within 72 hours
5.Your cashback will be updated as payable within 90 days from transaction
6.You can transfer your earned cashback to bank account or PayPal account.
These are a few things that you can be mindful of to ensure that your cashback tracks properly:

•Be logged into your account.
•When you click on a store, it will open a window linking you to that store. Please ensure that you transact in the opened window.
•Please ensure that your shopping cart is empty in the shopping window. If it is not empty please clear the contents of your cart and visit the store via EasyCashbacks again.
•Do not use any price comparison or discount widgets while shopping.
•Do not use Ad blockers/ browser extensions as they prevent tracking of cashback or sale.
•For merchant specific conditions please view ‘Cashback Terms’ section on the store page.
Unfortunately, the cashback process is such that we have to wait for the store to confirm to us that the purchase was not returned or exchanged. Merchants also use this time to validate that the sale has met conditions for earning of cashback.

We constantly work with stores to reduce this wait period. However, just to be on the safe side we inform you that it may usually take 4-8 weeks for a transaction to be confirmed.
Some common reasons why cashback is declined are:
•The order was cancelled.
•The order was returned or partially returned.
•The order was exchanged or partially exchanged.
•The order was changed.
•The order was paid for using a gift code or gift voucher.
•The order was paid for using Cash on Delivery.
•The order might have been classified as bulk order from a wholesaler or a travel agent etc.

The order did not comply with the store’s cashback policy. To see details on store specific cashback policy please see ‘Cashback Terms’ section for cashback merchants.

Sometimes stores do not provide us any specific reason for declining the cashback. In such cases a Missing Cashback claim can be filed and we will do our best to find the reason for cancellation of the cashback.

NOTE: The webstore holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the cashback transaction.
If your cashback is cancelled by the retailer, your cashback amount for that transaction will be removed from your pending balance. The status of the transaction will be set to cancelled in your cashback activity page.

Store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of a transaction. Unfortunately, once a retailer has made a decision, it is final.
Pending Balance contains amounts that you have earned but can’t yet redeem. Your pending balance contains amounts from purchases made at cashback stores and/or any bonus amount that you might have earned from our website. Available Balance is the amount that you can withdraw immediately (minimum withdrawal limits apply).

Pending balance earned from purchases made at webstores usually requires 4-8 weeks wait period before which it becomes available. This is because most stores wait until their return and exchange period is over before confirming a purchase. If a merchant deems a purchase as cancelled or exchanged, the pending balance does not become available and is removed from your account.
It can take 48 up to 72 hours for cashback to get tracked. In case your transaction was not tracked even after this duration, please raise a Missing Cashback Claim for the transaction which was Not Tracked. Please note, merchants accept claims for cashback not tracked cases only till 7th day from the purchase date.
When a missing cashback claim is filed, we follow up with the merchant regarding the status of the sale. We are unable to do so in cases where we do not have a proof of purchase. Therefore, we do not accept missing cashback claims in case there is no proof of purchase.
To withdraw your balance, log in to your account and visit the Payout section of your profile.
1.Select the method of withdrawal: PayPal or Bank transfer.
2.Select the account where you wish to transfer your Available Balance.
3.Enter the amount and hit Submit.

Around the 25th of every month we process all payout requests and transfer the cashbacks.

You must have verified your mobile phone number in the personal settings of your account. Otherwise we do not process your payment request. This way we protect your account, our site and cashback service against misuse.

Note: There is absolutely no cost or fees applicable to withdrawing your balance.
The minimum withdrawal amount is set to $15 for all payment options.

You can earn a bonus amount for each friend that signs up using your referral code and fulfils the requirements related to the referral. There are no caps on the number of friends that you can refer, so you can potentially earn an unlimited amount of money for referring friends to our website.
Referral bonus is added to your pending balance every time someone signs up with us using your referral code. Your friend will need to earn atleast € 10.00 cashback within 2 months after registration for your respective bonuses to be made available.
